2010 Continental

The National Amateur Bodybuilders Association and Darlene and Rob Mayo present the 1st Annual Continental USA in St Charles, IL this September 4, 2010.

Eight Competitor Classes

1Mens Open:No age restriction. Overall winners of National titles are not eligible to compete in competitions below the national level except upon graduating into the Master’s category. (Bantam up to 143) (Light 144-154) (Middle 155-176) (Lt. Heavy 177-198) (Heavy 199-225) (Super Heavy over 225)

2Womens Open: There are 3 weight classes: No age restriction. Overall winners of National titles are not eligible to compete in competitions below the national level except upon graduating into the Master’s category. . (Lightweight up to 125) (Middleweight 126-140) (Heavyweight Over 140)

3Masters Men: There are 3 mens masters classes:
(40 – 49 years) (50 – 59 years) (60 years and older)

4Masters Women: There are 3 masters women classes:
(one class 40 years and older)

5Bikini: There are 3 height divisions in Bikini.
Short: Under 5′3″; Medium: 5′3″ to under 5′7″; Tall 5′7″ and over

6Womens Figure: There are multiple classes for womens figure:
(3 height divisions) Short: Under 5′3″; Medium: 5′3″ to under 5′7″; Tall 5′7″ and over

7Masters Figure: There is only one masters class
(Woman Master’s Figure 40 and Older)

8Teen: There is only one teen class this year: Contestants shall be at least 13 years of age and shall not have reached their 20th birthday on the day of the competition. Proof of age in the form of a copy of a birth certificate is required
